The large bedroom features 2 queen beds, dresser and closet, smart TV, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds smart TV, storage cabinet and closet. Entry room with coffee bar, cabinet storage, washer and dryer. The exterior features a large deck with outdoor seating, grill, prep table and dining table. Large yard with waterfront to Dowling Lake and a dock.

Guest access

All of the home, deck and lot is for guest use. The garage is not accessible by guests.
